Meet The Author

Hannah Greystone is a writer and parent who helps children and families navigate the sometimes awkward, often confusing, but deeply important stages of growing up.

As a mum of five, Hannah has spent years answering real questions from her own children, and from other parents, about puberty, emotions, confidence, friendships, and life online. She understands how overwhelming these years can feel for kids and for the adults supporting them. Hannah writes the books she wished she had when her own children were growing up. Honest, age-appropriate, and calm guides that explain what’s happening without embarrassment, fear, or unnecessary complexity.

Her approach is practical and parent-led. She focuses on everyday understanding, emotional reassurance, and clear guidance that helps children feel informed and supported, while giving parents confidence in the conversations they’re having at home.

All of Hannah’s books are written with families, educators, and libraries in mind. They are designed to be supportive, inclusive, and suitable for children aged 8 to 14, using respectful language and a reassuring tone throughout. Through her books and writing, Hannah’s goal is simple: to help children feel confident, informed, and less alone as they grow, while helping parents feel supported every step of the way.
